Lynn A. Beesecker took the oath of office on December 31, 2012 at 5pm in a brief ceremony at the Town Hall, for the position of Cornwall Town Justice.
The oath was administered by Francis Navarra, who stated that Beesecker is only the 3rd judge elected in the past 37 years in Cornwall. Beesecker thanked his supporters, his family, Navarra and Jackie Gaillard for helping him with the transition, then said “Court is adjourned!”
