A flatbed truck carrying a tall container held up traffic on Hudson Street in Cornwall-on-Hudson around 7:30 am Monday when it struck a low-hanging tree branch.
Police responded to the scene after the truck stopped to remove the tree limb that got stuck on the roof of the container. Vehicles heading south on Hudson Street waited in line until the truck was able to move again.
