The Creamery Hill Road bridge over Woodbury Creek is under scrutiny by state department of transportation officials who have been inspecting bridges statewide.
The state issued a report on Monday stating the Creamery Hill bridge over Woodbury Creek in Cornwall "received a 'yellow flag' due to the corrosion of one of its floorbeams. The condition of the floorbeams will be evaluated to determine its impact on the load-carrying capacity of that county-owned bridge."
The county-owned bridge is used by an average of 46 vehicles a day. It provides a link from Route 32 to an entrance to the Black Rock Fish and Game Club.
