Officer Terwilliger then spotted a prescription bottle and identified the four pills inside as Vicodin. He later found a five more pills in the car’s trunk.
Lisa Travell, 24, of New Windsor, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ledogar was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. The pair is scheduled to appear before Judge Navarra on September 12.
Less than an hour before these arrests occurred, Officer Terwilliger made another arrest. Twenty-year-old Michael Morabito and his 16-year-old female passenger were stopped in a car outside his residence on Hudson Street when police discovered five 20-ounce cans of Budweiser beer in the vehicle. Morabito was charged with violating the alcoholic beverage control law.
