MIGHTY MITES-WHITE
The Mighty Mites Whites Dragons beat Washingtonville Tigers 4-3. The White Dragons played excellent offense led by Q.B. James Murphy, who passed for a touchdown.

R.B. Steve Gazzillo rushed for a 40 yard T.D.; Shane O’Dea caught a T.D. pass and rushed for 2 more, gaining well over 50 yards on the ground. Ryan O’Dea & Matthew Raynor led the White Dragons’ team defense stopping a tough Washingtonville offense. It was a great team victory!

MIGHTY MITES-GREEN
Three scores came on wide sweeps from Tim Cartright, Jake Lynch and Mike Incognoli. Great offensive blocking was noted by Cameron Franke, Jon Velez and Daniel Leach. On the defensive side of the ball Justin Hart, Greg Moretto, Ryan Ruiz and Brian Hussey made some outstanding tackles.

Some first year players who showed hustle were Derek Schrag, Connor Fletcher, Zach Miele and Colin Alici. All players played with great enthusiasm and had fun.

DIVISION III-GREEN
The opening game for the Green Dragons was a tough loss to Washingtonville. Chris Bauer, Ryan Incognoli and Mike White had an excellent game on offense for the Dragons. Defensive standouts for the D3 Dragons were Nikko Beckles, Markell Jones and Cameron Kreider.

DIVISION IV-
Mike D’Esposito and Jeff Grygiel each ran for a pair of TD’s and Alex Cruz ran for a TD and threw a TD pass to James Faller as the Dragon offense built a 28-0 halftime lead and cruised past Warwick 40-0.

The Dragon defense was spectacular, limiting Warwick to just 3 first downs. Hunter Misuraca, Liam Hatch, James Parisi and Andrew Giese all recorded multiple tackles in shutting out Warwick.  Special teams play was overall very good, as Aidan Carroll converted two extra point kicks and Grygiel pinned Warwick deep with his kickoffs. Chris Parker blocked a Warwick punt and also had a fumble recovery.
