Kehoe is charged with second degree burglary, a felony, and three misdemeanors: criminal trespass, possession of stolen property. and petit larceny. At his arraignment in front of Judge Thomson, Kehoe was unable to post bail and he was sent to the Orange County Jail.
Earlier this week, police charged two Cornwall-on-Hudson residents, Heather Lynch and John Hembree, with possession of stolen property in the case. Those arrests were made after police recovered an X-Box video game machine taken during the burglary at a store at the Newburgh Mall. A laptop computer is still missing.
Kehoe, who is a high school student, and Lynch and Hembree, both 20 years old, will have a court hearing on August 17.
