With all the revenue generated from tickets given to people at the river/money from parking passes I'm surprised we need state grants to spruce up the riverfront.

I am glad they are seriously enforcing the parking sticker law. As a 25 year resident, I have always purchased parking stickers for all of our vehicles so that I could enjoy the river while abiding by the law. For years i shared the river park with countless people who did not purchase parking stickers. If the law is on the books it SHOULD be enforced. I think these docks will be an nice addition down there. Great job in getting them donated!
