Webb, a temporary employee from the Cornwall Post Office, says she has been filling in for the regular delivery person on one route of the Cornwall-on-Hudson office.
Webb, who was smiling through the snow as she dropped off mail on Duncan Avenue, says today is cold and the snow is hard to walk in.
*The full quote, inscribed on the wall of the Farley post office across from Madison Square Station reads: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."
