General News: Master Plan, Storm Water Public Hearings

Two public hearings were set at the Village Board meeting Monday night.
The first addresses the Master Plan, which has been published in its final draft form and now awaits public input. The public hearing will be held on Saturday, April 14, at 9:30 a.m. at the Village Hall.
Copies of the Master Plan Draft are available online at this site (click here) or at www.cornwall-on-hudson.org. Printed copies of the document are also available at the Village office and at the Cornwall Public Library.
Master Plan Committee Chair Lee Murphy, who was unable to attend Monday’s meeting, sent a letter in which he said “we share the desire to complete the important work of the master plan” and called on the board to set the date for the public hearing.
The public is also invited to attend a public hearing on Storm Water Management to be held at the Village Hall on Monday, April 16, at 7:30 p.m.
