General News: Petition Period to Open for Village Election

village
of
Cornwall-on-Hudson
reminds residents that elections will be held on March 18, 2008. for two trustee seats that run for a two-year term.
Candidates may circulate nominating petitions only between the dates of January 1, 2008, and February 12, 2008. Petitions must be filed with the village clerk starting on February 5, 2008, up to an including February 12, 2008, by 4:00 p.m.
Questions regarding the village election may be answered by the village clerk by calling 534-4200, extension 310, weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
