Vivian J. Sheridan, age 82, died Monday, February 3, 2014 at The Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, NY.
Vivian was a retired X-ray technician and also served in the US Air Force. She enjoyed gardening, home projects, travel, reading and spending time with her family. She married Francis Sheridan, who predeceased her in 1999.
She is survived by her children: Barbara Conley and husband, Joel of SC, Karen Nunnally of Cornwall, Michelle Fall and husband, Austin of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren: Christian Conley, Ryan Nunnally, Bethany, Daniel and Shannon Fall, and her great-grandchildren: Caitlin and Thomas Conley; her sister and best friend, Eleanor Romanos of Cornwall; brother, Donald Van Buren of Westtown, NY and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 8th at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY 12520. Funeral service and burial will be private, at a later date.
