Arrests
07/17/13 Jacquel N Jones, age 24, of Middletown,Ny was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended registration, no-exp insurance and no/exp inspection.
07/18/13 1:17 am John J Buyes, age 24, of Wappingers Falls, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
07/18/13 1:20 am Angelina M Deering, age 21, of Holmes, NY was was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
11:22 pm A 17 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
11:32 pm An 18 yr old female from Campbell Hall, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
07/19/13 Joseph Vanderessen, age 48, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
9:18 pm A 32 yr old male from Cornwall, Ny was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
07/20/13 A 43 yr old male from Cornwall, NY as arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Incidents
07/14/13 Five cars parked on the sidewalk on Main St. and Browdway were issued summonses.
07/15/13 Police take a report of a vehicle causing damage driving on the ball fields at Cornwall High School.
07/16/13 Police respond to a two car accident on Quaker Ave. with no injuries.
07/16/13 A skunk was found on Main street during the day and dispatched by Police.
07/17/13 Police respond to a two car accident on Mineral Springs Rd, no injuries.
07/17/13 Police dispatch an injured deer on Rt. 32.
07/18/13 Police take a report of a burglary on Rt 32 in Cornwall. A house was broken into while its owners were on vacation. A safe, TY and numerous other items were taken from the home.
07/18/13 Police respond to Route 94 for a one car accident with injuries.
4:01 pm Police respond to Angola Rd. to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries and property damage.
07/18/13 A caller reported that a neighbors black lab was standing on her front porch acting aggressively ad she wanted a report taken.
07/19/13 Verizon wires were down on Hudson St. Highway assisted until area cleared.
07/20/13 A patient from the Cornwall ER was heavily sedated, left the hospital on foot and was later located walking in a yard on Mailler Ave.
6:11 pm Police respond to assist Town of Highlands Police with a motorcycle accident on Rt. 9W North.
07/21/13 Police take a report of garbage cans being knocked over on Paradise Hill possibly by animals.
