Allison (Alice) Douglass, 99, of Cornwall, NY died March 27, 2013 in Davenport, FL.
She was born July 12, 1913 in Firthcliffe, Cornwall to Thomas MacMorran and Annie Smith MacMorran.
She was married to the late Thomas W. Douglass.
Survivors include her sons: Thomas W. Douglass III and his wife, Sally and Richard Douglass and his wife, Patricia, both of Davenport, FL; grandsons: Thomas W. Douglass IV and his wife, Chrissy, John M. Douglass and his wife, Katie and Brian R. Douglass and his wife, Jennifer; granddaughters: Donna Watson and her husband, Kevin, Debra L. Douglass and Diane M. Muscarella and her husband, Robert; great-grandchildren: Scott, Daniel, Kevin , Abby, Isla and Teagan. She was predeceased by her brother and sister: Robert MacMorran and Mary Holt.
Alice was a charter member of Highland Eng. #1 Auxiliary, former member of Cornwall Volunteer Ambulance, and Volunteer with Cornwall Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday, July 12th at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY 12520, followed by a Funeral Service at 12noon, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Willow Dell Cemetery, Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to PBA Cornwall-on-Hudson, Cornwall PBA, Highland Engine Co., Storm King Engine Co., and COVAC.
