Arrests
04/15/13 Gabriel A Carella, age 20, of Cornwall, Ny was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.
04/17/13 Ryan Patrick Nagle, age 20, of Monroe, Ny was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Kyle M Piaquadio, age 22, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
04/19/13 Stephen A Prokosch Jr., age 37, of New Windsor, Ny was arrested on a bench warrant.
Karl Robert Manhardt, age 19, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
04/20/13 A 21 yr old male from Cornwall, NY, was arrested and charged with harassment, name was withheld by Police, victim issued an order of protection.
Tyler J McMillen, age 27, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant.
04/21/13 A 21 yr old male from Bronx, NY was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Three people arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Incidents
04/15/13 Police and fire Dept respond to Otterkill Rd for a brush fire.
04/16/13 Police respond to a Willow Ave. residence for a noise and bonfire complaint. All parties advised to extinguish fire.
04/18/13 Police take a report of a dog killing a resident’s guinea hen.
04/19/13 Police called to Sands Ring dr. for a report of a leaves burning, resident advised that there is a burning ban.
Police take a report of a rock hitting a driver’s windshield caused by a landscaping company working on Mailler Ave. The company offered to pay for the damage.
An iphone was stolen from the middle school locker room. The complainant used the Find my Iphone app and suspended service with their carrier.
04/20/13 Fencing material blew onto Rt. 32 and was removed by Police.
A horse from NYMA broke through the gates and was later found on Rt. 9w and Old Forge Hill Rd.
A vehicle was reported stolen from COVAC HQ but later found in another location.
04/21/13 Cornwall Fire Dept. dispatched to Willow Ave. for an outdoor furnace that caught on fire.
