Christopher Birmelin passed on 3/5/13 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born December 23rd 1957 in Portchester, NY to the late Arthur and Carmela Birmelin. He was a loving and devoted husband and father who truly adored his wife and children more than anything. His biggest enjoyment in life was spending time with family whether it be family dinners, vacations, or quiet times at home. He followed all sports but was an avid golfer and loved spending time that way with his buddies and family out on the greens. He was proud to serve his country as a US Marine. He was a dedicated and accomplished business man who was a partner in the Healey Brothers Group at Hyundai in Beacon, NY. He touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. He was the kind of person who could make anyone feel special. He had a heart of gold, nothing less, and wanted the best for everyone. He always knew the right things to say to make your day better. We feel truly blessed for the time that we had with such an amazing man. He had such a love for life and was truly one of the good guys. He will always be an inspiration to all of us and will be in our hearts forever.
Survived by his loving wife, Michelle for 27 years, and children, Michael and Samantha. Also his brother, Arthur Birmelin of Florida, and sister, Nancy Bishop of Texas.
