Obituaries: Richard Casola LaCatena

Richard Casola LaCatena, from Edison, NJ, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at St. Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. He was 46 years old.
Richard was born January 29, 1966 in Emerson, NJ, the son of Salvatore Casola and Brenda O'Reilly. He was a Social Worker with Barnard Hospital in North New Jersey.
Survivors include his life partner, Generoso (Gino) LaCatena at home; brothers, Gene Casola of Maryland, and Stephen Casola of Florida; sisters, Laura Tester of Maryland and Katherine Hoffman of San Diego, CA; as well as nieces, nephews and great nephews.
Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, Cornwall, NY.
A Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 28, 2012 at St. Johns Church, 1 Valley St, Hillsdale, NJ. Burial will take place in Mary Rest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
