Photos: Moodna Moods Photo by Tom Doyle

Fire in the Shallows by Tom Doyle |
Cornwall photographer Tom Doyle went down to the mouth of the Moodna creek, just where it feeds into the Hudson River, at 6 a.m. on a recent July morning and sent us this photograph of what he encountered.
Doyle found a scene at low tide, with the sun just clearing the ridge across the way. The water is still, capturing the pale blue mountain ridges before exploding in a golden yellow sun.
If you would like to see more of Doyle's photography, stop by the Hudson Valley Gallery this month where he is part of a group show.
