Obituaries: Cecelia Patricia Waters

Cecelia Patricia Waters, 68, of Cornwall, NY died February 21, 2011 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Cornwall.
Cecelia was a retired clerical administrator with the Teamster Local 445, in Newburgh. She was the daughter of Ernest and Cecelia Malachy Regensburg, born on January 24, 1943, in Woodside, NY. She was married to the late Sterling ( Moke) Waters.
Survivors include her son, Michael S. Waters and his wife, Sandy, of the town of Newburgh; one daughter, Georgette Cecelia Nicholas of Cary, NC; nieces: Bethann Rafferty, Corie Cronin and Patti Daubner and nephews, Sandy Howard and Edwin Howard.
She was predeceased by her brother, Thomas Daubner.
Cecelia belonged to Quilters of the Hudson Highlands and the Orange County Genealogy Society and was a former member of Highland Eng. Co. #1, Ladies Auxiliary, Cornwall.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, February 25 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday. February 26 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson. Burial is to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery- Cornwall NY.
