Helen (Nana) Deyo, of New Windsor died at home on December 23, 2010. She was 78.
She was a homemaker, born on August 2, 1932 in Newburgh, N.Y., to James Lafferty and Helen Paget Lafferty.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Lawrence Deyo, at home; sons: Harold Deyo , of Florida, Michael Deyo and his wife, JoAnn, of Cornwall, NY Gary Deyo, of Burlingham, NY; a sister,: Peggy Cabrera, of Mt. Lodge Park, NY; grandchildren: Dawn Carey, Pamela Deyo, Patty Deyo, Kenneth Deyo, Brett Deyo, Gary Deyo, Vincent, Eleanor, Jessica and Lisa Deyo; great- grandchildren: John, Cody, Corey and Jenna Carey; also best friend Carol Hannigan and several nieces and nephews . She was predeceased by a son, Lawrence Deyo .
A funeral service and burial was held on Monday, December 27, 2010.
