Obituaries: Patricia Anne Richardson

Patricia Anne Richardson, affectionately known as "Pat", entered into rest on Saturday, November 6, 2010, surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. She was 66.
The daughter of Leo V. Hayes and Dorothy Fruin Hayes, she was born May 6, 1944 in Kew Gardens.
Pat was an office manager for Hudson Valley Cruises, which operates the Commander sight-seeing boat along the Hudson River from Cornwall-on-Hudson. She also worked for years with Irving Ness in Newburgh.
Pat is survived by Tracey Scott of Newburgh, Susan Arnold Fulin and her husband, Alex of New Windsor; four grandchildren: Kayla and Cameron Scott, and Dylan andBryan Arnold. She will be missed by her sister, Diane Tuohy of Oradell, NJ; brother, John and his wife, Patti of Cos Cob, CT, and many nieces and nephews.
Pat was a graduate of Cornwall High School, Class of 1962, and a member of the Storm King Golf Club.
A family statement reads: "She taught us what courage and strength really means. Pat had many friends and loved her time at Storm King Golf Club."
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 5-8 p.m., today, Monday, November 8, at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall.
