Mary Taylor Bouton of Goshen, NY entered into rest on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at Valley View Center for Nursing Care & Rehabilitation, Goshen, NY. Mary formerly lived in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. She was 82 years old.
The daughter of the late Alexander Taylor and Marie (Wallace) Taylor, she was born April 4, 1928 in Rutland, VT. She was the widow of Richard L. Bouton who passed away in 1959.
She is survived by a daughter, Rosanne Bouton Chess and her husband, Kevin Chess, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY; daughter Mary Louise Foti and her husband, Charles Foti, of New Windsor, NY; grandchildren Caleb Chess and his wife, Jennifer Smith Chess, of New Windsor, NY; Joshua Chess and his wife, Melissa Umstead Chess, of Seward, NE; Erin Foti Richardson and her husband, Daryl Richardson, of Norwood, MA; and Daniel Foti and his wife, Faith Giordano Foti, of South Setauket, NY; sisters-in-law Joan Bouton of Newburgh, NY, Jean Bouton of Cornwall, NY and Marianne Bouton of Webster, NY, along with nieces and nephews. Mary was very happy about becoming a great-grandmother in April 2011.
Visitation and memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY at 11 am. Private burial will be in St. Thomas of Canterbury Cemetery, Cornwall, NY.
