Obituaries: Mildred Pate Kwalwasser

Mildred Pate Kwalwasser, 78, of Highland Mills, NY, employee of the New York Life Insurance and a homemaker, died Monday, January 4, 2010, at Delray Medical Center in Delray FL.
The daughter of Theodore Thomas Pate and Emaline Sullivan Pate, she was born January 5, 1931. She was the wife of Robert Kwalwasser, who survives her at home.
Mildred was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Highland Mills NY.
Family statement: "A loving mother, wife, and grandmother."
Survivors include her daughter, Carol O'Neil of Los Angles, CA; sons: Mark Kwalwasser of Highland Mills, Robert C. Kwalwasser of Springfield, VA, Thomas Kwalwasser of Ridgefield, CT; 18 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, January 8, at the Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY,
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, at the St. Patrick's Church, Rte. 32, Highland Mills. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.
