Robert E. Nannini, a retired Machinist with Bearse Manufacturing in New Windsor, entered into rest on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Cornwall Campus. He was 73.
A son of Enrico Nannini and Fernanda Belloni, he was born January 20, 1936 in Cornwall, NY.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Wilson, at home; sons, Duane Nannini and his wife, Joanne of Newburgh and James Nannini of Cornwall; daughter, Annemarie Adams of Kerhonkson; brother, Armond Nannini of Cornwall; grandchildren: Heather Adams, Kelly Grant, Michelle Benjamin and James J. Nannini; great-grandchildren, Michael Grant and Daniella Grant; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Louis Nannini.
Robert was a member of the Highland Engine Co. #1, Cornwall Fire Dept.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Monday, November 9, at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 10, at the funeral home.
