Glenn Rottingen of Cornwall, N.Y. died July 22, 2009 at the age of 61. He was born April 20, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY. Raised in N.J., he graduated from Pascack Valley Regional High School in 1966. He attended Steven’s Institute of Technology attaining a Bachelors of Computer Science and a Masters in Physics.
He had a varied and interesting professional career which included Mathimatica, IBM and most recently New York Military Academy.
Glenn was dedicated to family and friends. His interests included computers, golf and his cats, Anthony and Dottie.
He is survived by his former wife, Youngja Maria Rottingen, of New Windsor, N.Y., his mother, Genevieve Rottingen, of South Kingstown, R.I., his sister, Debora, and her husband, Robert Wirth, of Mansfield, MA. and his brother, Stanley, and his wife, Anne, of Wind Gap, PA. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews in addition to four great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY Saturday, August 15th 10:00am.
