Maureen Moore took these photos of the fireworks in Cornwall last night. More than 12,000 people were expected at Town Hall park for the annual fireworks extravaganza put on by the Cornwall Independence Day committee and, by all appearances, expectations were met. This year, the moon was bright, the skies were clear and the crowd thrilled by the pyrotechnic display.
