Patricia Rae ( Madonia) Raab, age 72, of Vail’s Gate, died on June 6, 2009 at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Cornwall, N.Y.
She was a bus driver with West Point Tours in Vail’s Gate. Mrs. Raab was born on February 6, 1937, in Cornwall, N.Y., the daughter of Raymond Barley and Marion Meyers barley.
She is survived by her daughters: Barbara Tams, of Yerineton, NV., Glenda R. Bruley and her husband, Umit Guner, of Cornwall, N.Y.; sisters: Joyce O’Donnell, of Marlboro, N.Y., and Gayle Sadowski, of Los Angeles, CA.; a grandaughter: Donna Madonia, of Newburgh, N.Y.; great grandchildren: Markiss, Nevaeh and Jonathan Price; a daughter-in-law, Peggy Madonia; an aunt: Lorraine Bennett, of Cornwall, N.Y.; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, including her best friend Lin Fisher, of Cornwall, N.Y.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Charles F. Raab, and her son, Michael A. Madonia.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall –On-Hudson NY 12520.
FUNERAL SERVICE: will be at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at the funeral home.
