Lillian M. White, 77, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y., died on July 20, 2008 at St. Lukes-Cornwall Hospital, in Newburgh, N.Y.
Mrs. White was the widow of the late John P. White. She was a retired product inspector with Star Expansion Co., in Mountainville, N.Y. She later she worked as a crossing guard for the Cornwall-on-Hudson Police Dept. at Cornwall-on-Hudson Elementary School.
Lillian White was born on July 16, 1931 in Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y., the daughter of Timothy and Anna Eggler Hager.
She is survived by one daughter, Gwendolyn P. Martin, and her companion, John P. Kemp, of Newburgh, N.Y., and one grandchild, Darcie Ellen Martin, of Newburgh, N.Y.
There is no public visitation or service. Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh.

I remember Lillian very fondly as the crossing guard at COH when my kids were there. My most sincere condolences and wishes for her peaceful repose.
