It's not Cornwall, but it is the Hudson River, as seen through the lens of local photographer Tom Doyle.
He traveled down to the palisades just north of the George Washington Bridge and captured this image shortly after sunset.
Doyle says that he used a 25-second exposure to smooth the river and star the lights.
