Bertha Gorton Blaison entered in rest on December 27, 2007, at home. She was 75-years old. Bertha was born in Cornwall Hospital on June 19,1932 to Mary Ida Kennedy and Harry Gorton. She lived with her grandparents John and Bertha Kennedy . She retired from the Macbeth Co. in New Windsor, N.Y. . in 1992 after 30 years.
Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Leo Sledzianowski of Newburgh, and her son, Robert Frank Blaison, and her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Patricia Doering Durkin, of Marlboro, N.Y., and Marion Doering Heins, of Hudson, N.Yy, nine nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews .
