Arrests
03/02/23 William J Bennett III, age 40 of Montgomery , Ny was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment in the 1st and 2nd degree, reckless driving, failure to comply, criminal tampering in the 2nd degree, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree and criminal mischief in the 4th degree.
Incidents
02/27/22 Police respond to Rt 9W for 2 separate accidents of car vs median and one car vs box truck accident and issue one summons.
02/27/23 Police respond to Orrs Mills Rd for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
02/27/23 Police respond to a disabled vehicle on Rt 9W and issue a summons for insurance lapse, for a vehicle in a ditch on Rt 32 and a vehicle accident on Mazies Ln.
02/28/23 Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Jackson Ave for a vehicle in a ditch and a vehicle accident on Shore rd with property damage.
03/01/23 Police respond to Mineral Springs Rd for a dump truck accident.
03/01/23 Police respond to Landmark dr. for a water heater leaking.
03/01/23 Police respond to CCHS for assistance with a lockout

03/02/23 A tree fell on wires on Sycamore Dr and Central Hudson was notified.
03/04/23 Police respond to Quaker Ave. for a vehicle accident with injuries and issue a summons and also to Rt 9W for a 2 vehicle accident with property damage.
03/05/23 Police respond to Elm St for a report of attempted burglary. a door lock chain appeared to have been stretched but was worn over time and scraping paint off of doorway from use.
03/05/23 Police respond to Mineral Springs Rd for a vehicle stuck in a ditch.
03/06/23 A subject left her cell phone in Cornwall Hospital and a woman picked it up and took the phone. Police and Hospital staff were able to identify the person and Police went to her address, contacted her and told her to return the phone and Police brought it to the owner.
03/08/23 Police take a report of criminal mischief of a property on John St.
03/08/23 Police respond for a car vs deer accident no injuries.
03/08/23 Police and EMS respond to a 4 vehicle accident on Angola Rd with injuries.
03/09/2 Police respond to Rt 32 for a motor vehicle accident no injuries.
03/10/23 Police respond to Quake Ave for a 3 vehicle accident with minor injuries.
03/12/23 Police respond to a report of a tractor trailer making a turn on Rt 32 and striking the guard rail.
03/13/23 Police assist with a motor vehicle accident on Dock Hill rd after a driver was trying to elude COH Police.
03/13/23 Police take a report of larceny. An unknown person tool phone chargers from a vehicle on pleasant Hill Rd.
03/13/23 Police assist with a vehicle lockout on Broadway.
