Police issue approximately 5 warnings and 1 summons to drivers including tickets issued for no parking permits.
09/22/22 Police respond to Duncan Ave. for a residential alarm and find no issues.
09/22/22 Police respond to Shore Rd. for an injured deer and dispatch the deer humanely.
09/22/22 Police assist Town Police with an intoxicated male sleeping on Orr Hatch Dr.
09/23/22 Police and Water Dept respond to Hudson St for a water main break.
09/23/22 A cat on River Ave appeared to have been struck by a vehicle. Owner showed up and took the cat home.
09/23/22 A DPW driver had an accident and struck a yellow pylon causing damage to the side of the vehicle.
09/27/22 Police and Storm King Fire Dept respond to Hudson St for smoke coming from an apartment.
09/27/22 A caller reported homeless man walking with a shopping cart. Police assist the man at Cumberland Farms and buy him coffee and food.
A caller later reported that a homeless person dumped a shopping cart full of items on Shore rd.
10/01/22 A man turned in a deadly hunting arrow found on the side of road on Boulevard.
10/02/22 Police respond to Newburgh Beacon Bridge with a boat plan for a subject who jumped off of the bridge.
