Arrests

05/19/21 Henry G Frey, age 65, of Cold Spring, NY Angel Bello-Mejia, was arrested and charged with DWI, D.W.I. charge and L.S. of A. (prop).
05/25/21 Donnell Bennerman, age 46, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property. He was in possession of a bicycle that was reported stolen in Cornwall-on Hudson.
05/28/21 Joshua D Andrews, age 38 of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt after violating an order of protection.
05/28/21 A 35 yr old male from Jamica, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.
05/29/21 Dalton G Mcguiness, age 23, of Stony Point, NY was arrested on a warrant after Police respond to Cumberland Farms on Rt 94 for a report of a suspicious male possibly stealing from the store


Incidents

05/19/21 Police take a report of fraud concerning an unknown person trying to collect unemployment benefits in the victim’s name.
5/21/21 Police respond to Rt 218 for a report of juveniles hitting golf balls from High Point into the river. Subjects gone on arrival.
05/23/21 Police take a report of fraud concerning an unknown person trying to collect unemployment benefits in the victim’s name.
05/24/21 Police observed graffiti on a No Parking sign and contact the Highway Dept.
05/24/21 Police respond to a report of illegal dumping off of Rt 94 and find an ATV.
05/25/21 Two dalmatians were found wandering on Rt 32 and transported to Woodbury Animal Shelter. Owner contacted Police.
05/28/21 Several warnings and summonses given during a Buckle Up NY campaign.
05/29/21 Police respond to several calls of a bear sighting around Reservoir Rd and Rt 9W.
