Police issue approximately 6 warnings and 15 summonses to drivers.
01/18/21 Police assist a driver with a vehicle lockout.
01/19/21 Police respond to a report of criminal mischief. Someone spray painted graffiti on a fence on Church St.
01/23/21 Police find garbage surrounding the bandstand.
01/25/21 Police respond to Washington St. for a report of an alarm sounding. The alarm was a from a vehicle.
01/25/21 Police and several Fire Departments responded to 247 Hudson St for a small fire in a trash can that spread to the wood structure of the building. Tenants were evacuated and the fire was extinguished within 45 minutes, no injuries reported. The fire was possibly started by a cigarette thrown in the trash that was not properly extinguished.
01/28/21 Route 9W closed down on mountain due to multiple accidents.
01/30/21 Police take a report of a vehicle accident on Second St.
01/30/21 A debit card was found and turned over to Police. Police located the owner and sent her the card.
