Incidents

Police issue approximately 0 warnings and 12 summonses to drivers including warnings and summonses issued for parking at the riverfront without a permit and warnings and summonses issued during a special traffic assignment.
06/25/20 Police respond to Shore Rd for a vehicle rollover.
06/25/20 Police respond to crowds gathering to set off fire lanterns.
06/26/20 Police and COVAc respond to Rt 9W northbound for a vehicle rollover with injuries.
06/26/20 Police and COVAC on scene to treat a juvenile that fell off of a bicycle.
06/26/20 Police respond to First St for a fireworks complaint.
06/27/20 A woman came in to the Police station to report that she felt intimidated by out of town people at Donahue Memorial Park and claimed a man at the gazebo took a photo oh her car. It turned out that the man was taking a photo of his license for the park mobil application so he could pay to park. He and his family recently moved to Cornwall and were celebrating graduation for one of their children.

07/02/20 Police respond to a 911 call reporting that two small kids were throwing soda cans into the river and their parents did not seem concerned that they are littering.

07/02/20 Police and Fire Dept respond for an odor of gas at apartments on Curie Rd.
07/03/20 Police assist a driver with a vehicle lockout on Shore Rd.
07/03/20 Police assist lost hikers to Mountain Rd.
07/04/20 Police respond to various complaints of fireworks.
07/05/20 Police return a wallet found at the riverfront.
