Lloyd N. Neville, Jr. of Cornwall, NY entered into rest on Sunday, January 20, 2019. He was 77.
The son of the late Lloyd N. Neville, Sr. and Rose Rogers Neville, he was born on October 29, 1941 in Cornwall, NY.
Lloyd was a U.S. Marine Corps. Veteran who proudly served his country. He was a retired splicer for Verizon. He was a life member of Storm King Engine Co. #2, and a life member of Black Rock Fish and Game Club. He was a member of American Legion Post 1796 and Ellenville Elks Post 1971.
Lloyd was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, and he will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
Survivors include: his loving wife, Marie, at home; son Lance Neville and his wife Tammy; grandchildren: Courtney, Cole and Carly; their mother, Cindy Neville; sister Catherine McVeigh; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in New Mexico; many nieces, nephews and cousins; his close friends Bob Brophy, Pete Siegel, Dr. William Lee; plus too many others to mention.
There will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, February 2nd at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson St., Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. Interment will be in the Spring in the Orange County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lloyd’s memory may be made to Storm King Engine Co. #2, P.O. Box 333, Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY 12520.
