Olivia L. Ferrara, of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY entered into eternal rest on March 6, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NY. She was 72 years old.
The daughter of the late James Chappa and Lorraine Granto Chappa, Olivia was born on December 9, 1943 in Passaic, NJ.
Olivia was a Music Teacher at St. Thomas of Canterbury Catholic School
Olivia is survived by her loving husband, Frank A. Ferrara at home; her son, James F. Ferrara of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY; her daughter, Dyanne M. Martinez of Poughkeepsie, NY; and two grandchildren, Xander and Paxon Ferrara.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Interment will follow the Mass at St. Thomas Cemetery, Cornwall, NY.
