Arrests
05/21/2015 A 40 yr old male from Middletown, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an interlock violation.
05/22/15 A 22 yr old male from Highland Mills, NY was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, assault in the third degree, criminal mischief 3rd and 4th degree, criminal trespass in the 2nd degree and coercion in the 2nd degree.
05/22/15 Richard J. Fulton, age 20, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was charged with exposure of a person and disorderly conduct.
05/23/15 Erick K. Nedwetzky, age 29, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

05/19/15 Police take a report of an attack on a Cairn Terrier by a one year old Pit Bull on Duncan Ave.
05/19/15 Police respond to a 2 car accident on River Ave.
05/20/15 Police issue several summonses during a special traffic assignment on Hudson St.
05/21/15 A complainant states that her neighbor on Homeland Ave. continues to walk what she feels is a dangerous dog near her property (because of past issues) and would like the dog walker to walk in the opposite direction.

05/23/15 Police assist Town Police at a scene of a burglary, items stolen were mostly tools. House was mostly empty because owners were moving out.
05/24/15 Police issue a warning to a driver for window tints and to another driver for a cell phone violation.
