Louise Costella, of Mountainville NY entered into eternal rest on March 14, 2015 at Kaplan Family Hospice Newburgh NY . She was 85 years old.
The daughter of Joseph Beccarelli and Maria DeGrosso Beccarelli, Louise Costella was born on Mar. 5, 1930 in Astoria NY. She was married to the late Raymond Costella.
Louise earned her High School degree from Bryant High School-Woodside NY Class 1948. . Louise was a retired Secretary in Personnel for Star Expansion Industries in Mountainville NY. She was employed by the Book of the Month Club in her earlier days in NYNY. Louise was an Election Inspector in Mountainville NY .
She was an active member of St. Thomas of Canterbury Church in Cornwall-On-Hudson .
Louise is survived by her daughter Joan Sullivan- Mountainville NY, her son Peter Costella – Hartford CT. Grandchildren : Justin Sullivan and his wife Sandra – Northport FL, Michael Sullivan-Brooklyn , Angela Kessler-Cornwall –On-Hudson NY. Great granddaughter Sadie Rayne Kessler . Also Cousins, Nieces and nephews. Besides her husband , she was predeceased by her son-in-law Thomas E. Sullivan and a sister Lena Dellafioria.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 AM on Monday, 5/18/15 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY . A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Monday , 5/18/15 at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church 340 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY Burial will follow the Mass in St Thomas Cemetery –Cornwall NY
