Alma A. Orsino of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY entered into eternal rest on February 25, 2015 at home. She was 101 years old.
The daughter of Vincent Diamonti and Santa Santoro. Alma A. Orsino was born on February 15, 1914 in Medina, NY. Alma was married to the late Jerry J. Orsino.
She was a retired seamstress in Newburgh, NY.A family statement reads: "She will be missed greatly missed by her family."
Alma A. Orsino is survived by her children: Peter Orsino and his wife, Carol of Newburgh, Vincent Orsino and his wife, Carla of New Windsor, NY, Gary Orsino of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY and a daughter, Gina Farmer and husband, Douglas of Jacksonville, FL; brothers: Patrick Diamonti and wife Gloria of New Windsor, NY and Alfred Diamonti of Florida; also a sister, Genevieve McClintock and husband, Edward of Rome, NY; grandchildren: Christine (Sal) Carceller, Michele (Sean) Weckeman, Bradley Redfern, Jeffrey Orsino, Renee (Patrick) Purcell, Taryn Moran, Gennara and Gabriella Farmer; nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also she was predeceased by her grandson Peter J. Orsino Jr.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, March 2nd at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St., Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 2nd at the funeral home; Pastor Toby Quirk will officiate. Entombment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.Contributions can be made to Storm King Engine Co. #2.
