Mary C. Connolly of New Windsor, NY a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother entered into eternal rest on February 2, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY. She was 94 years old. Mary was born on December 7, 1920 in New Windsor. She was the daughter of the late Florian Zamenick and the late Rose Zorolec Zamenick. Mary was the widow of the late Harry T. Connolly who predeceased her in 1988.
Mary was retired from Mari-Ann Bag Co. in New Windsor NY where she was a machine operator.
Mary is survived by her loving family. Her daughters: Patricia Favoino and husband Charles in New Windsor, and Joan Maney in Delhi, NY. Grandchildren: Chris Maney and his wife Deanna, Joan-Marie Bedient, John Maney, Mary Lunn and husband Greg, Jennifer Favoino and partner Robert Lavigne, and Heather Favoino and partner Michael Finkbeiner. Great grandchildren: Marisa, Justine, Danny, Riley, Shelby, Peyton,and Cooper Maney, Devin, Sierra, and Austin Bedient, Matthew Lavigne, Abigail Lunn and Cody Favoino-Finkbeiner. She was predeceased by her brothers, Frederick Zamenick and John Warner; sisters Pauline Wood, Josephine Faitak, and Lillian Dombroski.
Visitation will be held from 9-11AM on Saturday , 2/7/15 at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY . A Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, 2/7/15 at the funeral home with Fr. Dennis Dinan will officiate. Burial will follow the Service at Calvary Cemetery.
