10:30 a.m. Police issue a summons to Patrick Olivia, 23, of Highland Falls, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Monday, March 5
12:28 p.m. Police assist on a mental health call at Storm King School.
12:41 p.m. Police investigate a hit-and-run accident on Church Street in which a Cornwall-on-Hudson Water Department truck was struck while parked by a vehicle described as a newer model dark blue VW Beetle.
2:45 p.m. Police investigate a possible scam involving a male who came into Village Pizza requesting money back for three pizzas two weeks ago. He reportedly stated the pizzas were no good, that they came in a black box, and that he was there when there was a cleaner in the restaurant. The owner advised him that he doesn't use black pizza boxes and they have don't have a cleaner. The male then left.
5:31 p.m. Police assist town police on a mental health call at the hospital.
