Mountainside Banner

This banner is carefully hung from the side of Storm King Mountain. Apparently someone went up the mountainside trail and then suspended the banner to hang over the rock face right above the turnout on Route 218. It clearly shows a lotus flower and a word is hand-lettered on the bottom left, but it is impossible to read and impossible to reach. The word, for now, is tangled up in blue.
