Maureen Moore discovered eagles building a nest near the Moodna Creek in the town of Cornwall and took these photos with a telescopic lens.
She is keeping the exact location underwraps for now and reminds people that there is a $20,000.00 fine and possible year in jail for anyone convicted of disturbing a bald eagle.
