Frank Ostrander took this photo from his home on Grandview Avenue in Cornwall-on-Hudson on Saturday during a break in the rain. He writes that when his wife, Susan, saw the rainbow she called him, saying "Quick, get the camera!."

Great shot - complementing semicircles of rainbow and treeline really work, flag placement works and the clouds framing the bow also works, good work.
