Local photographer Frank Ostrander went to the opening of Walkway Over the Hudson this past weekend so you didn't have to.

Frank walked the length of the walkway, in which a new surface was added to an old railroad bridge spanning the Hudson River, from Lloyd to Poughkeepsie.
