The 4th Annual World's Smallest Stretched Canvas Painting Exhibit and Sale will open with a reception at the Hudson Valley Gallery in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY on Friday, December 2, 2011 from 5-8pm. TThe exhibition will continue until January 8, 2012. All paintings will be for sale with prices starting at $25 for these one of a kind works of art. Each painting has been created on a canvas measuring a mere 1"x2", with than entries have been received not only from local artists but also from artists around the country.
Paul Gould, owner of the Hudson Valley Gallery, advises that this will be a BYOMG event ( Bring your Own Magnifying Glass ) in order to enjoy and appreciate the fine detail in many of these paintings.( However, he confesses that he will have some extra magnifying glasses available at the gallery ).
