TRACY SHAFFER-FAITAK
August 10, 1968 – February 4, 2023
Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY

Tracy Shaffer-Faitak, of Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY entered into eternal rest on February 4, 2023 at Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing in Beacon, NY. She was 54 years old.

The daughter of the late Henry Shaffer and Jeannette (Call) Shaffer, Tracy was born on August 10, 1968 in Cornwall, NY. Tracy is survived by her sisters: Darlene Shaffer, Terri Milliken, and Cindy Valicenti; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews; and her special love, Anthony.

Tracy was the Owner of the Creekside Pub in Marlboro, NY. She was a former member of The Orange County Liquor Dealers Association and APA Pool League.

Tracy had a fulfilling life, which was cut short by chronic debilitating illnesses. She enjoyed concerts, going to the casino, and the ocean. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending Jets and Mets games. She loved children, and had a special affinity with animals. Even through her suffering, she continued to try to live her life to the fullest. She will be remembered for her strength and courage.

The family would like to acknowledge all of Tracy's Healthcare providers, including her doctors, and the direct care staff at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Vassar Brothers Hospital, US Renal Care, The Wound Center, and Wingate Rehabilitation Center.

Donations may be made in Tracy's name to the SPCA, American Diabetes Association, and American Kidney Association.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. On behalf of the family, thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Arrangements are entrusted to Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc.; to send condolences, please go to www.Quigleybros.com
