Arrests
02/22/22 A 38 yr old female from Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.


Incidents

Police issue approximately 3 warnings and 1 summonses to drivers.
02/20/22 Police respond to Cumberland Farms to assist over a verbal dispute with a customer not providing valid identification to purchase tobacco.
02/21/22 Police respond to Hudson St. and Maple Ave. for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. No injuries reported but pedestrian was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
02/24/22 Police assist in removing a phone wire that fell in a driveway.
02/24/22 Police and Fire Dept respond to a structure fire on Abbott Ln.
02/24/22 Police assist a driver locked out of a vehicle.
02/25/22 Police and DPW respond to Boulevard for a tree down blocking the road.
02/27/22 Police respond to Mountain Rd for a motor vehicle accident.
03/07/22 A caller reported that her vehicle was struck while it was parked.
03/07/22 A subject reported that she was a victim of a scam.
03/07/22 Police and DPW respond for a tree which fell on a vehicle on Hudson St.
03/07/22 Police respond for a tree down on Academy Ave.
03/07/22 Police notify Central Hudson about wires down on Cornwall Ave.
03/09/22 Police assist Town Police with a transmission that caught on fire.
03/12/22 Police respond to Willis Ave. for a low hanging wire.
03/15/22 Police respond to Mountain Rd for a motor vehicle accident with property damage.
03/15/22 A caller reported finding hypodermic needles on Shore Rd. Police respond and dispose of properly.
03/18/22 A caller complained that kids were riding bikes down the road after dark and screaming down Hudson St.
03/19/22 Police and Fire Dept respond for a small active kitchen fire that was extinguished.
03/19/22 A caller reported that gas and diesel was stolen from his vehicles in the driveway.
03/23/22 2 Alice’s reported that someone begged customers and staff for food twice during the day.
03/25/22 Police and Fire Dept respond to Avenue A for an alarm that turned out to be a faulty detector at over 10 yrs old.
