Mary L. Faller, of Cornwall, NY entered into eternal rest on July 31, 2021 at her home. She was 76 years old.
The daughter of the late James R. Hickey and Antoinette (Hajek) Hickey, Mary was born on September 4, 1944 in Queens, NY.
Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family.
Mary Lou was an active member of a prayer group formed many years ago. She always got the prayers going for whoever needed them, friend or foe. We are beyond saddened to lose our mom but we know that she is now at peace and with all those beloved that went before her. Our mother will be remembered for her love, faith and raising her children and countless others to love Jesus and His teachings. She will be missed greatly.
In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her loving husband: William F. Faller in 2016 and by her son: Joseph Faller. She is survived by her daughters: Joyce M. (Faller) Cintron, Mary Faller and Margaret Faller; her sons: James Faller, John Faller, George Faller and William Faller; 21 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Based on new CDC guidelines adopted by NYS, fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear masks or be socially distanced, but unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and be socially distanced in the funeral home.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3rd at Quigley-Sullivan Funeral Home, Inc., 337 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 p.m. following the visitation at St. Thomas of Canterbury Church, 340 Hudson Street, Cornwall-On-Hudson, NY. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
