Take part in a global event with over 100,000 people around the world when the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival comes to the Newburgh Campus of SUNY Orange! Audience members will have an opportunity to screen 10 internationally acclaimed short films and participate in the global voting for the winners.
The first screening will take place at the Newburgh Campus of SUNY Orange in the Great Room, Kaplan Hall 101 at 7 pm on Friday, September 28, 2012 and the founder of MANHATTAN SHORT will be on hand to interview audience members for the Online-Media-Channel at ManhattanShort.com. A second screening will take place at Downing Film Center on Front Street in Newburgh on Saturday October 6, 2012 at 5 pm.
Admission to SUNY Orange screening: Free to SUNY Orange students with SUNY Orange Student ID; $5 for the public and SUNY Orange Faculty/Staff.
The winners of the MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival will be announced in the Press Center in New York City on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 10 p.m. EST.
 
This event is sponsored by MANHATTAN SHORT and SUNY Orange. Free, secure parking is available in the Kaplan Hall underground parking garage accessible via First Street.
